| Dr. Franklin Hargett and Dr. Ronald Powell are experienced board certified emergency care physicians with the ability to care for those everyday medical needs. | ||
Dr. Powell completed his Public Health Services in Butner, North Carolina ad Seagoville, Texas. His work as an Emergency Medicine Physician began with Coastal Emergency Medicine Services in 1986. Dr. Powell has served in many leadership positions including Medical Director of Lee County EMS Service, and Medical Director of Central Carolina Hospital Emergency Department. Dr. Powell is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and is currently certified in Advanced Trauma Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. He is a member of the Association of Physician Specialists and the Lee County Medical Society. Dr. Powell is fulfilling his dream of delivering quality medical services to this community through Pine Ridge Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine Center. |
Dr. Franklin Hargett is a native of North Carolina, he attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine. His background includes internship in General Surgery at Howard University Hospital in Washington D.C. and Residency in Family Medicine and Fellowship in Geriatrics at East Carolina University Department of Family Practice.Dr. Hargett was a faculty member at ECU school of medicine and later at UNC school of Medicine. In 1996, Dr Hargett joined the Sanford Sandhills Emergency Physicians group. He and Dr. Powell managed the Emergency Department at Central Carolina Hospital until February 2007. Pine Ridge Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine Center was developed with the hope of presenting Sanford and the surrounding communities and businesses a true alternative to the services now available in the area. Dr. Hargett is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, he has special interest in trauma, geriatrics, laboratory medicine and work related illnesses and injury. |

Gail Collins R.N. is the Director of Nursing and Office Manager at PRUCOM Center. She has 22 years of experience in the Emergency Department. Gail is known for her compassion and caring. “I enjoy working with all patients and my goal is to always treat patients and their families with the utmost care, dignity and respect”. |
Joni Kelly is a full time nurse at PROCOM Center, she has 12 years of experience with office medicine, occupational medicine and hospital patient care management. Joni is the Occupational Medicine Program Coordinator for the PRUCOM Center, she provides focused planning and leadership for our program. “ I love caring for people and helping them get better”. |

| Ruby Womack has been in patent care for 13 years as a Registration Representative. She is a caring and professional person who is always pleasant. My goal is to be courteous, kind and to treat our patients with dignity and respect at PRUCOM. | ||
